Attention Allies was founded in 2024 by Duncan E. Stafford, an MBACP registered and accredited therapist with more than 30 years’ experience of working with ADHDers in various settings.

Attention Allies currently consists of 12 ADHD - and neurodivergent - informed therapists. The Allies have come together to form a network of independent therapists in order to make finding an ADHD-informed therapist a little bit easier. On this site you will find direct links to each of them. However, our network is far larger than this and we are constantly growing our connections in a very organic manner so that new therapists beyond our core members might be known to us but not yet featured here.

In addition to offering therapy and/or coaching sessions to people with ADHD, Attention Allies also provide ADHD informed supervision to other professional therapists and allied mental health professionals. We are currently looking to find ways of providing some group work meetings for ADHDers as well as developing ideas for CPD training to help support colleagues in developing their working knowledge about ADHD and related neurotypes.
