My main approach to this work tends to be a blend of therapy and coaching – where we work transparently and openly alongside each other – helping you to develop your own knowledge and skills. I draw from my long experience as a therapist combining elements from psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive frameworks of therapy.

Hayley Watkins

I work with: Adult individuals, young people (16+) and groups.

I work from a humanistic standpoint. This means I trust the ability of every person to self-heal. My role is to facilitate healing by discussing goals (or lack thereof), providing psychoeducation when required, and offering a place of understanding and empathy for my clients’ experiences. I specialise in transactional analysis.

Adam Wilson

I work with: Adults individuals.

I work with adult awareness / late diagnosis of ADHD, and its emotional impact and effect on past and present behaviour and relationships. I work collaboratively and combine an integrative therapeutic approach with psycho- education and strategy-building so that you can develop a rounded and deeply personal understanding of your relationship to ADHD.

I work with: Adult individuals and groups.

My main approach is down-to-earth and radically non-judgemental. I’ll listen deeply and support you to understand your experiences. We’ll adjust the pace and style of therapy to suit your needs. We’ll also collaborate on how you’d like to introduce change. I may also offer challenges to your perspective in a supportive way.

I work with: Adult individuals and couples.

I use my personal and professional experience of neurodivergence, and my experience providing neurodiversity-affirming therapy to Bristol Mind service users. This means I can reach out to you, and meet with, and relate with you in a therapy that works for you. I’m trained in counselling and psychotherapy.

I work with: Adult individuals.

My main approach is relational and integrative counselling, which means I keep the relationship at the heart of the work and use a range of counselling tools in sessions based on what you might need. I work with individuals who suspect or have diagnosed ADHD. I was diagnosed with ADHD myself in 2023.

I am led by my clients, combining different types of therapy according to what each client wants. My practice is rooted in fat-positive, sex-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, harm reduction, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive frameworks.

I am an experienced integrative therapist working with a range of contemporary therapeutic models and techniques tailored to each individual. This includes recent advances in understanding ADHD and autism. Self- diagnosis is welcomed. My practice is based on sensitive and careful listening, robust and gentle challenge, and a collaborative approach.

I am a trauma informed, relational therapist and therapeutic coach working with the whole person and a variety of approaches. Creativity, embodiment practices and spirituality are woven into our sessions. I am passionate about helping people process feelings, create change in many forms and work through life transitions and challenges.

I facilitate a journey of self-discovery through various therapeutic methods, tailoring therapy to individual needs and circumstances. I draw from a framework of different therapeutic models using them creatively and flexibly. I also offer creative ways of working to facilitate the expression of emotions and thoughts that cannot always easily be expressed by words alone.

I’m an integrative counsellor and creative therapist. I like to work in the moment, with what you bring to each session and a focus on your experience. I use an approach based on humanistic values, therapeutic frameworks/systems and talking therapy blended with creative work. My focus is to support personal growth and self understanding.
